Each year we present our range of "tradition" wines at the wines at the Paris, Mâcon and Colmar wine fairs. Those winning a gold medal are indicated by a special label on the bottle.

Culture
Limited yields produced for higher quality. Single and double-cane vines. 5,500 vines per hectare. Traditional working of the soil. Limited treatment of vines.
Method
Grapes are exclusively hand picked.
Vinification
Slow crushing of grapes to preserve the character of the wine. Fermentation at 18°C to 22°C.
