Produced in the same way as Champagne the Crémant d'Alsace is a high quality sparkling wine. Dry, but delicately fruity, it is the ideal aperitif for all festive events and celebrations!
Gold medal at the "concours national des crémants de France" 2009 and 2010, at General Agricole contest of Paris 2010.

The estate of JOSEPH CATTIN based in the heart of the Alsace vineyards at Voegtlinshoffen.

Culture
Limited yields produced for higher quality. Single and double-cane vines. 5,500 vines per hectare. Traditional working of the soil. Limited treatment of vines.
Method
Grapes are exclusively hand picked.
Vinification
Slow crushing of grapes to preserve the character of the wine. Fermentation at 18°C. Second fermentati on in bottle. Bottles aged for at least 9 months.

Color: Light and effervescent with numerous fine bubbles

Palate: delightfully dry, delicate, fresh and fruity
