The Wine
Grape variety: 100% handpicked Sauvignon Blanc.
Vineyards: Coal Valley, Southern Tasmania.
Tasting notes: Vibrant grassy and gooseberry aromas continue through to the palate. Zippy and fresh acid holds the animated fruit structure together, giving considerable length.
Food matching suggestions: Went well with wild mushroom and thyme risotto or oven baked snapper with dill and lemon juice.
