Description
The village of Chassagne-Montrachet is the last and most southerly of the three great white winemaking appellations in the Côte de Beaune. The wines are fat and opulent, dominated by tropical fruit aromas and flavours. Twelve months of ageing in oak barrels adds to the wine’s rich texture.

Tasting Note
This Chassagne has candied orange aromas and in the mouth its fullness and complexity is highlighted with light oaky notes intertwined with almond hints. This is a very promising wine which deserves a few more years in the cellar before being ready.
Vinification
100% malolactic fermentation followed by 8 to 10 months ageing in oak casks (15 to 20% new oak)
