They brought together New Zealand’s most acclaimed winemaking team – Steve Smith MW., and the Craggy Range crew – and gave them the freedom and space to go forth with wild abandon and create a collection of wines that spoke uniquely of New Zealand.
Known for producing some of the finest wines to come from this part of the world, they knew what they would come up with would be good. What we didn’t anticipate was just how special they would be. Free of the tradition and discipline of making single vineyard wines, they have created a modern, unconstrained and memorable collection of new Wild Rock wines.
