Paringa Estate
Lindsay McCall’s winemaking legacy began in 1984 with the purchase of a 10 acre derelict orchard. Subsequently, access to a further 45 acres of vineyards has increased the estate’s source of quality fruit. Having received numerous awards over the years, Lindsay’s hard work culminated in 2007 with Paringa Estate being awarded James Halliday’s ‘Winery of the Year’.

Winemaker's Note
The fruit for this Single Vineyard wine was sourced from 20+ year old vines at our Thacore Vineyard in Callanans Road, Red Hill South. The fruit was whole bunch pressed and cool temperature (12°C to 15°C) tank fermented to retain maximum fragrance and fruit characters.
