Winemaker Notes
To retain maximum fruit character and varietal flavours, the grapes were harvested at night when the temperature was coolest. Minimal handling throughout the winemaking process protected the delicate aromas and ensured the wine retains its crisp, fresh finish. The juice was cold settled and cool fermented in stainless steel with aromatic yeast strains. The wine was bottled early to retain fresh fruit characters.
