The estate’s family owned and operated vineyards have produced many outstanding wines, and this range is a testament to their finest vineyards. Careful selection of varietal clones and rootstocks over many years has enabled the estate to craft wines of character and quality.
The Wine
This Chardonnay is elegant and displays fresh melon and white peach characteristics. Subtle oak characters are present on the finish. This Chardonnay can be enjoyed either whilst young with seafood or creamy cheeses. As the wine develops enjoy the more complex characteristics with roast turkey or chicken.
