Very pale colour ("gris") with a pink gold hue, very good limpidity and brilliance.
Very good intensity, the nose appears to be firstly fruity (peach, apricot), fresh ferment (banana), and a touch of oak spice. After aeration, the fruit character is still very present, with some more fresh vegetal odours (tomato leaf, angelica) and some roasted character (almond, caramel).
The texture of the wine is the first impression to arise, very round and fleshy. The well integrated acidity brings back the mouthfeel to a refreshing impression completed by the fruity aromatics (peach), vegetal and sweet spice (nutmeg). The wine is finishing with good length supported by the acidity.
