Castle Rock Estate is nestled on the eastern slopes of the Porongurup mountain range and is named after a prominent nearby landmark. The vineyard has a cool and elevated northerly aspect, resulting in intensely flavoured wines.

Colour: Pale straw with green hues.
Bouquet: Intense aromas of lime juice backed by some rose petal and passionfruit notes.
Palate: A full and flavoursome style Riesling with an incredibly rich and balanced palate. The lemon curd and lime juice fruit notes enhanced by the small level of residual sugar. The tight mineral acid structure counters perfectly and gives the wine a long crisp and clean finish.
