YARRABANK
Yarrabank, first created in 1993, was the culmination of the vision of Champagne Devaux president, Laurent Gillet, to produce an outstanding, benchmark Australian Sparkling Wine.  Since 1996, Yarrabank has been an ongoing joint-venture between Devaux and Yering Station; with winemakers from Champagne Devaux visiting Yering Station each year to oversee the final assemblage.

Yarrabank’s signature elegance and restraint is ensured each vintage by following the meticulous, French traditional method and using only exceptional, pristine parcels of fruit.  Yarrabank has consistently received accolades since its first vintage and is deservedly considered one of Australia’s most exceptional sparkling wines.
