Larry Cherubino wines

Had a visit from Larry Cherubino this morning 9/09 to show me his wines.
I have tried a few of his wines in the past, his Rieslings mainly. Not only is he a great winemaker - he is a lovely bloke to boot.
His Rieslings are just sublime. I love the intensity of fruit he gets and his Pinot Grigio is beautiful, a fruit driven style, finishing clean and crisp, a great drop.
Two of his reds blew me away, both elegant and displaying wonderful varietal characteristics. They were the Cherubino Frankland River 2008 and Shiraz and the 2008 Margaret River Cabernet.
