An Exceptional Champagne Tasting

Our Australia Day Weekend Champagne tasting was stupendous.
My top three were in order, the Krug 2000, the Dom 2003 then the Pol Roger Sir Winston Churchill 2000.
The rest were all great, however the top were exceptional, the one exception being the only non Champagne which we did not open!
