A super tasting line up

Pre-Christmas, a few bottles were pulled out of a friend's cellar along with a few newbies that I supplied. It was a great little tasting. The Atarangi Pinot 2011 was drinking a treat, if you have any of this vintage, now is time to enjoy it, I think it right at its peak. The Moreau was also at its peak and lovely drinking and the Block 3 Felton Road '13 was excellent. The Gemtree Mataro '18 needs some time but has great potential. The Domaine Naturaliste Artus Chardonnay '17 is a wonderful wine, slightly old world in style and I look forward to revisiting it a couple of years to track its development as Bruce Dukes is making some terrific Margaret River Chardonnays.
